we are seeking a skilled 3d model developer to join our team and help create high quality, interactive 3d models. you will work alongside other developers to convert floor plans and other inputs into detailed, accurate 3d representations, ensuring they meet both technical and aesthetic standards.

key responsibilities

• convert 2d floor plans into interactive 3d models.

• ensure that 3d models are optimized for rendering and performance.

• collaborate with team members to integrate 3d models into web, mobile, and ar/vr environments.

• test and iterate on models to improve user experience and accuracy.

• assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 3d model creation.

required skills

• proficiency in 3d modelling software (autocad, blender, revit, sketchup).

• experience with unity 3d or unreal engine.

• strong programming skills in c#, c++, python, or javascript.

• knowledge of bim, cad, and parametric design concepts.

• ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

preferred experience

• 3+ years of experience in 3d modelling, architecture, or a related field.

• experience with real-time data integration or smart city technologies.
