are you an expert in adobe workfront with a passion for streamlining creative and marketing operations? i'm looking for a workfront implementation specialist to lead the configuration and optimization of adobe workfront across our content supply chain, campaign management, and asset workflows.
key responsibilities:
workfront implementation & configuration
- lead the deployment, setup, and ongoing configuration of adobe workfront to meet business requirements.
- customize workflows and dashboards to automate and enhance project and content lifecycle management.
workflow & project management
- design and optimize workflows for project tracking, task assignment, and resource allocation.
- create and maintain templates, forms, and reports that improve project visibility and efficiency.
content supply chain optimization
- collaborate with stakeholders across content, creative, and marketing teams to map and improve production workflows.
- align processes with best practices in digital asset and content lifecycle management.
asset management integration
- integrate adobe workfront with adobe experience manager (aem) and other asset management systems.
- define and enforce standards for asset tagging, version control, and rights management.
campaign lifecycle management
- configure workfront to support full campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- identify and implement improvements to enhance campaign delivery.
training & support
- deliver training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for end-users.
- provide ongoing support, resolving issues quickly to minimize operational disruptions.
cross-functional collaboration
- serve as the primary point of contact for all workfront-related activities.
- work closely with project managers, it, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
what we're looking for:
- proven experience implementing and managing adobe workfront in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- strong understanding of project management methodologies and digital content workflows.
- experience with adobe experience manager (aem) and other martech tools is a plus.
- excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
