about the role:

we are seeking a proactive and data-driven assistant manager - e-commerce to oversee and grow our digital presence across marketplaces and brand websites. you will play a critical role in scaling e-commerce operations, managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, and driving both top-line and bottom-line performance. this is a cross-functional role that demands strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities across e-commerce and digital channels.


key responsibilities:

e-commerce operations & marketplace management

  • manage daily operations across key online marketplaces and brand platforms.
  • execute campaigns across marketplaces, meta, and other digital channels to meet revenue targets.
  • ensure healthy inventory levels and stock availability across all channels.
  • optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion.
  • coordinate with marketplaces to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities.
  • monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and escalations.
  • collaborate with internal teams to run ad campaigns and improve roas across channels.

analytics & strategy

  • track and report on key performance indicators (kpis) including traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • analyze campaign and sales data to generate insights, recommend optimizations, and guide strategic decisions.
  • work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to address blockers and enhance overall e-commerce performance.


preferred candidate profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • hands-on experience managing operations across online marketplaces.
  • solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, ppc, and campaign performance metrics.
  • proven ability to scale ad campaigns across various channels.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in tools such as excel, google analytics, and meta ads manager.
  • excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
