about the role:

• monitor saas infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365
• monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation
• responding promptly to service issues and requests
• adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure
• collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
• ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by safeguarding sensitive information and implementing best practices for data handling and protection.

qualifications

• graduates of b.sc (computer science), bca graduates, and b.e. /b.tech.
• good knowledge and understanding of cloud computing concepts
• good knowledge of amazon web services (aws) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficial
• good understanding of web servers like iis, apache etc
• good knowledge of windows and linux server operating systems
• good understanding of web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications.
• basic knowledge of databases like microsoft sql, postgresql, mysql, etc, will be an added advantage
• ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools
• ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation
• ensure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes made in the production environment
• excellent communication skills in english - both verbal and written
