key responsibilities:

  • supporting client for web content management, digital asset management and b2b email marketing.
  • maintain web content across multiple websites. ensuring all web content is accurate, up-to-date
  • consistent and compliant. carrying out regulatory changes and time-sensitive updates as required.
  • ensure website functionality is maintained by carrying out quality control on all web assets.
  • responsible for email template creation/modification, pulling reports/statistics based on the requirements.
  • must have good understanding and best practice around digital assets (videos/images/pdfs) upload and storage within cms and dam systems.
  • excellent attention-to-detail. organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • managing the project/task timelines and quality of deliverables, ensuring high client satisfaction.


experience/skills:


  • graduate with specialization in computer science/management or similar.
  • a master's or equivalent in computers/computer management/mba would be an added advantage.
  • exposure to asset management firms would be an added advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience in cms preferably (sitecore, sharepoint 365) and email marketing automation (salesforce-pardot) and understanding of google analytics or equivalent.
  • hands-on experience in online content management, authoring and publishing content and uploading digital assets to the websites.
  • strong knowledge and experience in html and css are essential and understanding seo best practices.
  • basic/intermediate knowledge required on creating webpage through sitecore.
  • building professional email templates from scratch, adding variable tags (merge field) for dynamic content. creating and managing prospects, creating segmentation for list emails, and managing campaigns.
  • exporting full reports for review and analysis. generating statistics reports for lead generations, conversion rates, and traffic.
  • well versed in the ms office suite.
  • the candidate should have the ability to work independently and have the management/leadership skills.
  • excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in international client handling.


educational qualification:


  • bachelor's degree in communications, computers/information technology
  • bachelor of computer application, bachelor of science in information technology
  • any graduate in any specialization
  • post-graduation in mba is plus
