role description: business development executive

we are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. you will work closely with internal teams to develop growth strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

key responsibilities:

• identify and pursue new business opportunities
• generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach
• develop and implement effective business growth strategies
• manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships

qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related field
• proven skills in account management and strategic business planning
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
• prior experience in the branding, advertising, or creative industry is a plus.
