responsibilities:
- structure and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs
- lead the development and tracking of integrated business development plans
- provide support to business development leadership by managing client interactions, identifying opportunities, and strategizing for growth
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new business opportunities
- analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
- manage pipeline by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and opportunities
- establish and maintain processes to manage client relationships and opportunities over the business lifecycle
- mentor and coach team members on business development strategies and techniques
- utilize crm and sales tracking tools to monitor sales plans and progress
- review business development activities for compliance with procedures and standards
- effectively communicate relevant business information to the team as directed by the business development manager
requirements:
- minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related field (required)
