about the role:

dipesh patni education academy is hiring a dynamic and confident bdm to handle both outdoor college visits and indoor marketing activities. the role involves promoting our stock market courses through college tie-ups, seminars, and local campaigns.

key responsibilities:

• visit colleges, coaching centers, and educational hubs, society promotional activities across pune & outside pune

• create awareness and promote our career-building stock market courses.

• coordinate seminars, presentations, and campus tie-ups.

• build long-term relationships with college management and student bodies.

• distribute marketing materials like flyers, banners, and brochures.

• maintain daily visit logs and submit performance reports.

• act as a brand ambassador of dipesh patni education academy in the field.

candidate requirements:

• minimum graduate (any stream); marketing/finance background preferred.

• confident speaker with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• fluent in hindi, marathi, and english.

• must be field-ready and comfortable traveling across and outside pune.

• energetic personality, well-groomed and presentable.

location: pune & outside pune (field + office work)

salary: 15,000/month +attractive commission

working days: monday to saturday

• 1-month observation period before final confirmation.

• stock market knowledge will be an added advantage.
