about the role
we're looking for a business development & marketing specialist with 2-5 years of experience to help us expand our client base, bring in high-value projects, and drive revenue growth. you'll lead business development efforts and execute marketing campaigns that make an impact.
what you'll do
- source leads and projects using linkedin sales navigator, upwork, and other freelance platforms
- drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities
- develop and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
- build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- perform market research and competitor analysis
- collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution
- 0-4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or b2b sales, preferably in the it or saas sector
- a strong track record of winning projects from freelancing platforms such as upwork, freelancer, linkedin, or similar b2b networks
- excellent skills in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals with domestic and international clients
- familiarity with crm systems and pipeline management tools to track and optimize the sales process
- the ability to research target markets, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies
- a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term business relationships
