we are seeking an experienced and results-driven project manager with a strong background in finance, etl processes, and power bi reporting. the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering data-centric financial projects, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, and transforming business requirements into actionable insights.
key responsibilities:
- lead end-to-end project lifecycle for financial data and reporting initiatives.
- collaborate with finance, data engineering, and business intelligence teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- manage etl workflows and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- oversee the design and development of power bi dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
- track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
- conduct stakeholder meetings, status updates, and documentation for transparency and alignment.
- ensure data compliance and security protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
required qualifications:
- bachelor's or master's degree in finance, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial or banking sectors.
- strong understanding of etl processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
- hands-on experience with power bi: dax, power query, data modeling, and report publishing.
- proven track record of delivering data or reporting projects within deadlines.
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
