technical product manager
we are seeking an experienced technical product manager (tpm) to spearhead the delivery and management of innovative highly technical b2b products. the ideal candidate will possess strong expertise, experience or knowledge in optimization techniques, machine learning and computer-aided engineering (cae) and demonstrate an exceptional blend of technical proficiency, customer-centric and a continuous learning mindset, and proven startup acumen.
key responsibilities:
- oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and ongoing support.
- conduct customer-facing interactions to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- manage and prioritize product backlogs, organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- act as a liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to drive product clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.
- define clear product specifications and roadmaps, integrating input from technical teams, sales, marketing, and leadership.
- utilize expertise in optimization, machine learning, and cae domains to translate technical complexity into actionable business strategies.
- monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance product offerings.
required qualifications:
- proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) as a technical product manager, specifically with deep-tech or advanced b2b software products.
- strong domain knowledge in optimization methodologies, machine learning model development and/or computer-aided engineering (cae).
- demonstrated ability to effectively manage agile sprint sessions and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
