we're hiring cloud infrastructure architect

location: bengaluru (hybrid)

shift: eastern time (flexibility required)

experience: 12-15 years

certifications required: az-104, az-700, az-305

are you a seasoned cloud infrastructure expert with a passion for building secure, scalable, and high-performing hybrid cloud environments? brillio is looking for a cloud infrastructure architect to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and drive innovation across enterprise it landscapes.

what you'll be doing:

• architect hybrid cloud/on-prem environments (storage, compute, monitoring, backup)
• implement robust network and security improvements across large-scale systems
• design dr strategies, backup/restore policies, and rto/rpo plans
• lead advanced azure iam implementations: azure ad, rbac, pim, conditional access
• drive modernization through refactoring, replatforming, and beyond lift-and-shift
• lead architecture reviews and strategic design forums
• drive automation, ci/cd pipelines, and devops integrations
• build finops frameworks and cost dashboards
• collaborate on observability, compliance (cis, nist, iso 27001, gdpr, hipaa), and governance
• provide leadership in pocs and present solutions to customer stakeholders

must-have skills:

• deep azure expertise (with multi-cloud exposure)
• hands-on with kubernetes (eks/gke/aks), helm, operator patterns
• advanced infrastructure-as-code (terraform, aws cloudformation)
• experience with nutanix and vmware environments
• strong security & compliance knowledge
• proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic it initiatives

nice-to-have skills:

• servicenow workflows familiarity
• grafana or powerbi for observability
• certifications in cloud devops, security, or automation
