- years of experience: at least 3 years in a role involving video generation, creation of short format video content, micro learning modules with short development time, engaging powerpoint presentations.
- strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content
- familiarity with ai-assisted video creation tools such as synthesia, pictory, descript, or similar platforms.
