key responsibilities • develop 25+ high-quality objective-type questions and answers daily, primarily in math, aptitude, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning. • create content that is accessible for both visually handicapped (vh) and non-visually handicapped (non-vh) candidates. • collaborate with smes, evaluators, and vetters to ensure content meets quality standards. • follow specific guidelines and formats to align with the examination syllabus. • revise and refine questions based on feedback to maintain and improve content quality. what we're looking for • experience in academia, preferably as a professor, assistant professor, or in a similar role. • strong subject expertise in areas such as general awareness, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, etc. • proven experience in developing objective-type questions for competitive exams, including question papers for both visually handicapped (vh) and non-visually handicapped (non-vh) candidates. • exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in content creation. • retired professors from government or private academic institutions are highly preferred due to their extensive experience and deep subject knowledge. • a master's degree in mathematics is required.
