about the role

we are looking for a skilled data analyst with extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics. this role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

key responsibilities:

• write and optimize complex sql queries for data extraction and analysis
• perform advanced excel-based modelling (pivot tables, complex formulas; vba is a plus)
• develop interactive dashboards and reports using power bi or tableau
• analyse digital engagement using adobe analytics or similar tools
• work with cloud data platforms like aws, azure, or gcp

domain expertise:

• hands-on experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics
• knowledge of sales force effectiveness (sfe) and field force optimization
• experience with incentive compensation design, analytics, or operations
• understanding of pharma commercial planning processes
