key responsibilities:
1. data analysis:
- analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning
- develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (kpi's) within the supply chain.
- support data-driven initiatives by ensuring accurate data collection analysis.
- assist in the creation and enforcement of standard operating procedures (sop's)
2. process study and improvement:
- conduct thorough assessments of current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies. develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and streamline workflows.
- track & report on the impact of process improvements.
qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement or a similar role. strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process optimization.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- continuous improvement mind-set with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
preferred qualifications:
- experience with automation and digital transformation in supply chain processes.
- bachelor's degree in business, operations management, data science, or a related field.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., tableau, power bi) and data analysis tools (e.g., excel, sql)
