what you'll do
- explore complex datasets to find insights, trends, and anomalies
- build reports and dashboards using power bi, tableau, or looker
- write clean and efficient sql queries
- occasionally use python or r for advanced analysis
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smarter decisions
- present data clearly and impactfully to stakeholders
what we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, bi, or a similar role
- proficiency in sql and excel
- hands-on with bi tools like power bi or tableau
- curious, proactive, and comfortable communicating data-driven insights
- bonus: python, r, or google analytics experience
