we, mavoix technology solutions pvt. ltd. (i.e mts lab), are looking for a passionate and skilled data scientist with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (ai), machine learning (ml), natural language processing (nlp), and generative ai (genai). you will play a key role in building and deploying cutting-edge intelligent solutions that drive impact across our products and services.
responsibilities:
- design, develop, and deploy ml/nlp/genai models for real-world applications.
- work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- build data pipelines, preprocessing tools, and model evaluation frameworks.
- develop and fine-tune llms and nlp-based applications like agents, chatbots, summarizers, and recommendation systems.
- stay up-to-date with the latest in ai/genai research and integrate advancements where relevant.
- optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- document processes and maintain reproducible ml workflows.
qualifications & skills:
- bachelor's or master's in computer science, data science, ai, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in ai/ml, nlp, or genai.
- proficiency in python and ml libraries (tensorflow, pytorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- strong experience with nlp techniques (ner, sentiment analysis, embeddings, transformers).
- practical knowledge of working with llms (e.g., gpt, llama, mcp, or open-source variants).
- experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or using apis for genai models.
- solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- experience with cloud platforms (aws/gcp) and mlops practices is a plus.
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
