role overview:
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive to manage and optimize our google ads campaigns. the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hands-on experience in running successful ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles. agency experience is a plus.
responsibilities:
- manage and optimize google ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (kpis).
- conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- perform keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
- monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
- manage a monthly advertising budget of at least 1 crore.
- stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in google ads and performance marketing.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing google ads campaigns.
- proven experience managing ad campaigns with a monthly budget of at least 1 crore.
- strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- excellent understanding of google ads platform, tools, and metrics.
- agency experience is a plus.
- strong communication and collaboration skills.
work schedule:
- first 6 months: monday - friday (in-office), saturday (work from home)
- after 6 months: monday - friday (in-office), weekends off
- timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
