role description

we're looking for a talented and self-driven digital marketing specialist to join our remote team. this is a full-time work-from-home role for candidates based in india. you'll take charge of our digital marketing efforts, helping us expand our online reach and drive customer engagement.

key responsibilities

• plan, manage, and optimise google ads (search, display, and youtube)
• handle social media marketing (both organic and paid campaigns)
• monitor traffic and campaign performance using google analytics 4 (ga4)
• analyse and report on email campaigns using mailchimp
• support and execute seo strategies (on-page and off-page)
• coordinate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals

qualifications & skills

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on google ads and social media experience
• proficiency in ga4, seo, and mail chimp analytics
• strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
• experience in the travel or cruise industry is a plus
