roles and responsibilities:
- lead digital platform team and deliver scalable mobile apps, web portals, and cloud-based solutions tailored to business requirements
- identify, scope, and manage digital solution opportunities across business units, leveraging platforms like sharepoint, power platform, and azure/aws
- collaborate with cross-functional/business teams to translate user needs into intuitive, impactful digital products
- design and oversee data integration workflows connecting digital tools with the enterprise system and data lake
- work closely with it, business teams, and vendors to manage the full lifecycle of digital solutions - from requirements to deployment
- drive agile planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and uat for digital initiatives
- guide the design and implementation of cloud-based architectures and scalable front-end/back-end apps
- manage cross-platform application development (e.g., mobile apps, web apps, portals) ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- support integration of digital tools with enterprise data sources, including data lake, sap and reporting layers
- collaborate with product marketing and business owners to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and user expectations
- identify and develop systems for mobile app, iot, rpas
- recommend the type of mobile vendors /apps that can either be bought off the shelf or developed to meet specific requirements of the organization

educational qualification and requirements:
- b.e computer engineering (it) or equivalent
- 5-6 years of experience in digital project execution or product management
- experience managing cloud, mobile, web app, or portal projects (power apps, sharepoint, react, flutter, java, cloud-native architecture or similar platforms preferred)
- strong understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts and data architecture
- familiarity with cloud ecosystems (e.g., microsoft azure, aws)
- excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- proficiency in building user stories, documenting requirements, and leading uat
