we are looking for an experienced duck creek project manager to lead the successful delivery of duck creek conversion and support projects. this role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of duck creek solutions within the property & casualty insurance space.

key responsibilities:

• manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for duck creek (billing, policy, claims).
• define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
• lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
• ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
• drive communication across stakeholders including business users, it teams, and executive sponsors.
• monitor project kpis and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
• ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

required skills & qualifications:

• 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise it or insurance.
• 5+ years managing duck creek implementation or enhancement projects.
• strong understanding of the duck creek suite (policy, billing, claims, author).
• proven experience with agile methodologies.
• excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
