what you'll do:
as our ecommerce & operations executive, you'll be the bridge between what's happening on-ground and what the customer sees online. you'll make sure every order, outlet, and ops process runs smooth as mousse.
your key responsibilities:
manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and discounts on swiggy, zomato, and our website
coordinate daily operations across outlets: stock levels, hygiene, staffing updates, sop checks
generate and share daily sales, inventory, and exception reports
track key operational kpis: stock movement, order issues, penalties, and discounts
ensure online menus are updated and synced across platforms
work with delivery partners to resolve escalations, optimize visibility, and run campaigns
collaborate with production and packing teams to ensure fulfilment accuracy
regularly audit outlets (physically or virtually) and flag inefficiencies
we're looking for someone who:
has 1-3 years of experience in operations, ecommerce, or f&b
is extremely detail-oriented and can manage chaos without dropping the ball
is comfortable with excel/google sheets, pos dashboards, swiggy/zomato portals
thinks in systems and gets excited by process improvement
is proactive, humble, and ready to get their hands dirty when needed
bonus: experience with d2c brands or working in fast-paced startups
