bankai agrifoods, under the amoya brand, operates as a for-profit organization with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility capable of processing 200,000 liters of milk daily. situated on a 30-acre property near baroda, gujarat, this facility recently completed its first year of producing high-quality dairy products, including ghee, buttermilk, paneer, curd, and yogurt. the flagship product, amoya pure ghee, is crafted to the highest standards of purity and taste, making it a trusted choice.

the company aims to create an ecosystem by partnering with farmers and cow farms to produce quality products for the b2b segment while establishing the amoya brand in the b2c market. key products include amoya pure ghee and butter, alongside by-products like paneer, flavored milk, curd, and buttermilk.

role overview

we are seeking a skilled ecommerce manager to lead online sales growth by managing the company's website, online marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. the ideal candidate will oversee product listings, pricing, customer experience, and digital campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.

key responsibilities

1. website & marketplace management

• maintain product listings, content, pricing, and stock on the company website and platforms (amazon, flipkart, etc.)
• monitor website performance and sales kpis
• coordinate with tech teams for ui/ux and performance issues

2. quick commerce operations

• ensure real-time stock and pricing accuracy on platforms like zepto, blinkit
• work with distributors for availability and demand alignment

3. pricing & promotions

• benchmark competitor prices and manage rate cards
• launch offers and discounts, analyze roi, and coordinate with finance

4. customer feedback management

• monitor and respond to reviews
• coordinate resolution of complaints and improve satisfaction

5. digital marketing & campaigns

• plan and run paid campaigns (google, meta)
• track campaign kpis (ctr, roas, conversions) and optimize performance

6. product listing optimization

• improve content for seo and visual appeal
• ensure compliance with platform norms and brand guidelines

7. platform coordination

• engage with account/category managers for deals and visibility slots
• participate in co-branded campaigns and vendor meets

8. competitor & market intelligence

• track pricing, offers, and product visibility of competitors
• recommend product mix or strategy changes

9. reporting & analytics

• prepare sales dashboards, campaign logs, and performance reports
• present insights and corrective action plans to leadership

10. additional responsibilities

• align pricing and stock with scm and finance
• support new sku onboarding and catalog expansion
• maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• assist in budget planning for digital & ecommerce spends

requirements

• minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce/fmcg/dairy
• strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital tools
• proficiency in excel, sales dashboards, and performance tracking
• strong communication and coordination skills
• must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and insurance

work schedule

• days: monday to saturday (6-day workweek)
• hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (flexible as per business needs)
