role overview: we are looking for an experienced e-commerce executive with 3-4 years in the consumer goods or nutrition category. the candidate will manage our online sales channels and drive growth through effective use of digital marketing tools.

responsibilities:

• google ads: create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• meta ads: develop and manage ads on facebook and instagram, ensuring optimal performance.
• crm management: oversee the crm system to enhance customer relationships and retention.
• customer lifecycle management: develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• growth marketing: implement strategies to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.

key skills required:

• expertise in google ads and meta ads.
• proficiency in crm systems and customer lifecycle management.
• strong background in growth marketing.
• analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• excellent communication and project management abilities.

qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category.

compensation: 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and current compensation)
