- lead 5-6 technical leads, managing a 35-40 member team across multiple projects.
- ensure project delivery in terms of quality, cost & timelines.
- build and maintain a sustainable team pyramid for embedded development.
- handle software estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, and utilization.
- adhere to cmmi level 3+, aspice, iso 27001; drive rca, problem-solving.
- leverage smes for technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
- manage training, knowledge retention, and attrition buffers.
- report on kpis, slas, efficiency, and team performance monthly.
- share lessons learned and best practices weekly.
- handle governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- manage project tracking, dashboards, compliance, and warranty maintenance.
- maintain docupedia (sharepoint/opendxm) for training, best practices.
must-have technical skills
- embedded c firmware development, debugging, and hw understanding.
- full sdlc: req., design, coding, testing, integration & reviews.
- autosar (app, os, bsw, com stack, mcal, obd), build tools.
- misra/cert/maab compliance, static & dynamic analysis.
- v-model, agile/waterfall, unit testing (tessy, rtrt, vectorcast, tpt, cantata).
- protocols: can, lin, flexray, uds, j1939, iso14229/15765.
- tools: canoe, canalyzer, capl, python.
- functional safety (hara), software maintenance.
