role description
- develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
- write and edit high-quality, engaging content for company blogs, linkedin, long-form articles, and third-party publications.
- create thought leadership assets including whitepapers, lead magnets, and customer success stories that support the buyer journey.
- optimize all content for seo, ai prompts, and discoverability across channels to improve reach and organic growth.
- collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
- analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify what resonates, then iterate and improve based on data.
- manage content calendar to ensure consistent publishing cadence across platforms and campaigns.
- stay current on industry trends, seo best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- support brand voice development and ensure consistency across all written communication.
- leverage content for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and sales enablement efforts.
qualifications
- educational background:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, english, or a related field.
- relevant experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
- proven work samples showcasing blog posts, linkedin articles, long-form content, or similar digital content projects.
- technical and analytical skills:
- basic understanding of seo principles and experience with seo tools.
- familiarity with content management systems (e.g., wordpress) and social media platforms.
- ability to use content performance and analytics tools (e.g., google analytics) to measure and optimize content.
- writing and communication:
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of english.
- demonstrated ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise content that aligns with brand voice.
