this is an opportunity to join our core team, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers as we scale our product and client solutions.

key responsibilities:

• design and develop robust web and mobile applications across the full stack
• lead feature development and ensure code quality across the team
• mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and best practices
• collaborate with ui/ux, product, and business teams to deliver effective solutions
• contribute to system architecture, database design, and deployment planning

requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer
• strong expertise in react, react native, node.js, python, and postgresql
• prior experience in leading or mentoring technical teams
• solid understanding of scalable architecture and secure development practices
• experience with ci/cd pipelines and modern devops workflows is a plus
