role description
we are hiring for a software engineer (intern or full-time) role open to different experience levels. this is a remote and full-time position focused on building scalable backend and full-stack systems, writing clean and efficient code, and contributing to ai-powered products.
you will work on next-generation tools and solutions, collaborating closely with the team to develop impactful applications across different domains.
responsibilities
- full stack development: build and maintain scalable web applications using typescript and other such frameworks.
- ai focused engineering: develop applications in speech technology, b2b saas, workforce scheduling, and conversational ai
- api development: create restful apis and graphql endpoints with proper documentation and testing
- use of ai tools: accelerate development using tools like github copilot, cursor, and model context protocol (mcp)
- technology stack: work with the mern stack, python frameworks, and vector orchestration tools like langchain and langgraph
- database management: design and maintain relational and non-relational databases, including postgresql, mysql, mongodb, and redis
- marketplace integrations: build integrations with third-party apis and external ecosystems
- ai system optimisation: enhance the performance and scalability of ai systems for real-time use cases
- data analysis: work with large datasets to extract insights and support ai feature development
- prototyping and testing: rapidly build and test prototypes with a strong focus on quality assurance
- continuous learning: stay current with global ai advancements and adopt them in everyday work
qualifications
- strong foundation in computer science and object oriented programming
- previous work or projects that demonstrate your skills and ability to deliver impact
- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to edge cases
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication and collaboration skills
