about sb ecommerce:
we're a global print-on-demand engine for tech accessories like phone cases, airpods covers, and more - with end-to-end manufacturing, printing, and fulfillment hubs across india, the usa, and china. our internal platform, demandlink, powers real-time store integration, artwork automation, and logistics management. we're hiring a full stack developer to take ownership of development, tech support, and project management for this platform.
key responsibilities:
- take technical ownership of demandlink, our internal b2b pod automation platform
- work across the stack with react (frontend), mongodb (database), and .net (backend apis)
- lead root cause analysis for bugs, system issues, and bottlenecks - provide permanent fixes
- interact with external clients and internal teams for technical troubleshooting & support
- translate business and product requirements into actionable tech documentation
- coordinate tasks with developers, qa, and ui teams - track progress and delivery
- optimize application performance, db structure, api response time, and frontend responsiveness
- own and guide new feature rollouts, releases, and maintenance sprints
- assist in recruiting and mentoring a growing development team
- maintain technical documentation, sops, logs, and post-mortem reports
requirements:- 3-6 years of experience as a full stack developer
- strong command of react.js (hooks, state management, components)
- proficient in mongodb (queries, schema design, optimization)
- experience with .net or .net core apis and integrating with frontend apps
- solid understanding of rest apis, authentication flows, and backend integrations
- experience working on dashboards, erp-like platforms, or admin systems
- strong problem-solving and debugging skills - capable of finding and fixing critical issues fast
- great communication - must be comfortable working with non-dev teams and external stakeholders
