what you'll be doing:
- collaborate with our us-based tech lead and product team to architect and deliver scalable, feature-rich products.
- work across the stack - building user interfaces in react and backend services using node.js or similar frameworks.
- ship key services and internal tools across:
- chosan rewards: a gamified loyalty and referral system.
- chosan points: virtual currency tracking and redemption.
- chosan park: resident parking and visitor management.
- chosan clean: cleaning service scheduling and dispatch.
- design and integrate rest apis and/or graphql endpoints.
- build and manage cloud-based infrastructure (aws, firebase, or similar) as needed.
- oncalls and de-bugging as case tickets are opened / incidents arise.
- participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint cycles.
- write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with scalability in mind.
what we're looking for:
- 3-6+ years of full-stack development experience.
- proficient in react.js (hooks, redux, etc.) and node.js or an equivalent backend framework.
- experience with restful apis, authentication (oauth, jwt), typescript / javascript, and databases (sql/nosql).
- familiarity with ci/cd workflows, version control (git), and agile processes.
- strong problem-solving skills, and a builder's mindset - proactive and accountable.
- comfortable working async and across time zones; fluent in english communication.
bonus points if you have:
- experience working with firebase, aws lambda, vercel, or other serverless stacks.
- familiarity with next.js for ssr and seo optimization.
- background in startups, marketplaces, or multi-service platforms.
- experience with payment systems, scheduling algorithms, or loyalty/rewards systems.
