position overview

as a google ads account manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing google ads campaigns that align with client goals. you'll work closely with strategists, designers, and account managers to deliver performance-driven results and ensure high client satisfaction.

key responsibilities

  • plan, create, and optimize google ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, performance max, and youtube).
  • conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and a/b testing.
  • monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • prepare regular reports with insights, kpis, and recommendations.
  • manage client communication, present strategies, and address concerns.
  • stay up to date with google ads platform updates, policies, and industry trends.
  • coordinate with internal teams (seo, design, content) to align messaging and branding.

requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing google ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • google ads certification (search and/or display) is a strong advantage.
  • solid knowledge of google ads manager, google analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
  • strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • fluent english communication skills (written and verbal).
  • experience with ecommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
  • familiarity with tools like google tag manager, looker studio, or semrush is a bonus.
