job description:


your role as a google ads account manager includes managing our clients' paid search campaigns and optimizing their performance. your duties include creating google ads strategies alongside implementing and supervising them to capture qualified leads which result in conversions.


key responsibilities:


  • create detailed google ads strategies and implement them to meet specific business objectives.
  • optimize pay-per-click (ppc) campaigns for different google ads platforms including search, display network, performance max, and youtube.
  • carry out extensive research and analysis of keywords to discover the ones that yield the best results.
  • develop engaging ad copy together with optimized landing pages to increase both click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • track campaign metrics like impressions and conversions to implement data-based optimization strategies.
  • maintain awareness of the newest developments in google ads trends and best practices along with current algorithm changes
  • work closely with the marketing team to integrate google ads campaigns smoothly into the company's broader marketing strategies.
  • host virtual sessions with clients to analyze campaign reports and develop strategy plans.


qualifications:


  • minimum four years of direct experience operating google ads accounts.
  • 4+ years customer service and/or sales experience.
  • the candidate should have a thorough understanding of ppc advertising best practices and key principles.
  • current google ads search certification
  • demonstrate expertise in google ads tools and platforms which include both google ads editor and google analytics.
  • expertise in google apps such as drive, docs, sheets and calendar.
  • strong analytical capabilities combined with data interpretation expertise.
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral).
  • salesforce work experience will be beneficial although it is not mandatory.
  • a bachelor's degree would be beneficial but it is not mandatory for this position.
