we're looking for a google ads growth leader - a proven expert who can drive large-scale acquisition through smart optimization and maintain precise financial control.

this is a high-ownership role for someone ready to take responsibility for both campaign growth and monthly invoice processes.

your responsibilities:

• manage google ads campaigns with $200k-$300k/month in budget
• build advanced campaign structures, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
• optimize funnel performance from prospecting through conversion
• analyze performance data daily and scale what works - fast
• own and manage monthly invoice cycles and budget reporting with finance
• provide clear, actionable reports to leadership and stakeholders

you bring:

• 6+ years in google ads, running large-scale, performance-driven campaigns
• advanced technical understanding of google ads, ga4, and gtm
• proven ability to manage invoice and budget cycles with accuracy
• strong background in scaling ecommerce, dtc, or lead generation funnels
• clear communicator, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

compensation:

• $900-$1,100/day, based on experience and results
• paid in usd via paypal or international bank transfer
• full-time, fully remote
• work with a senior international team on global campaigns
