role overview

we are seeking an experienced growth product manager to join our team and drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth.

the ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to identify growth opportunities, optimize user experiences, and build features that deliver measurable business impact.


key responsibilities

growth metrics ownership

  • own and drive the north star metrics of ai adoption, feature adoption, upsell, and retention
  • develop comprehensive growth strategies and roadmaps to achieve these metrics
  • collaborate with data teams to implement measurement frameworks for tracking and reporting on growth initiatives

user experience optimization

  • lead the strategy and enhancement of our home screen user experience to improve engagement and usage
  • design and optimize new feature adoption journeys to maximize user activation
  • work closely with ux/ui teams to create intuitive, conversion-optimized experiences

revenue impact

  • partner with customer success teams to provide data-driven insights supporting retention and upsell efforts
  • identify and prioritize product opportunities with the highest revenue potential
  • develop and execute experiments to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value

ai & feature adoption

  • drive strategy for increasing adoption of ai-driven features across the platform
  • create personalized onboarding and engagement flows to showcase value of new features
  • analyze user behavior to identify adoption barriers and implement solutions

cross-functional leadership

  • collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute growth initiatives
  • present growth metrics, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • mentor junior team members on growth methodologies and best practices


qualifications

required

  • 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 years focused on growth
  • proven track record of driving user adoption, engagement, and revenue metrics
  • experience with b2b saas products, preferably in e-commerce, customer support, or marketing technology
  • strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

preferred

  • experience with ai-powered products and driving ai feature adoption
  • knowledge of customer support platforms, helpdesk solutions, or omnichannel marketing tools
  • familiarity with product analytics tools

interview process

we follow a fast-paced and friendly interview process, just like the way we work. there are typically four rounds in total.

  • the first round will be the assignment round
  • the second round focuses on understanding your approach to solving problems viz your assignment solution, and how you work as a pm
  • the third round will be more about overall fitment and technical expertise.
  • the fourth round will be a virtually proctored aptitude test


interview best practices

  • in some interviews you would be required to write your thoughts on google docs. have a notebook /pen also handy in case you need to jot down your thoughts.
  • please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive.
