• 10+ years of experience in guidewire suite, including claim center, policy center, and billing center

• lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across claim center, policy center, and billing center
• expertise in cross-module integration testing, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms
• develop and implement testing frameworks for complex guidewire system upgrades and migrations
• conduct functional, regression, automation, and performance testing across modules
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between claims, policy, and billing processes
• drive test optimization and continuous improvement in agile environments
• oversee defect management, risk analysis, and test reporting across modules
• utilize test management tools for efficient planning and execution (jira, alm, mtm, rally)
• provide technical leadership and mentorship to qa teams
• guidewire certification and experience with large-scale upgrade/migration projects are highly desirable
