role description
this role is ideal for someone who combines fitness expertise + sales mindset + team leadership. you'll be responsible not just for managing 2 trainers and 1 dietician, but for delivering sales targets through structured programs, upselling, and maintaining high user satisfaction.
responsibilities:
- lead and manage the daily performance of 2 trainers and 1 dietician
- drive weekly & monthly revenue targets via subscriptions, transformation programs, and consultations
- convert leads into paid users by guiding trainers/dieticians on follow-ups & demo calls
- supervise whatsapp, phone call, and webinar-based sales engagement
- ensure all trainers are aligned with stamin sales scripts, brand presentation, and pitch
- plan and execute webinars, workshops, reels, and events to increase conversions
- work with the founder to design offers, loyalty campaigns, and performance incentives
- keep daily records of leads handled, user progress, and conversions
qualifications
- 3+ years experience in fitness + experience leading or selling fitness progra
- experience in program design, development, and implementation
- strong sales mindset - confident in converting interest into paying customers
- skills in client relationship management and customer service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of fitness equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- relevant certifications in fitness training or strength and conditioning
- bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years experience in fitness + experience leading or selling fitness programs
- strong sales mindset - confident in converting interest into paying customers
- excellent communication - english mandatory + other regional languages
- experience using whatsapp, webinars, calls, and reels to convert and engage
- confident on camera and at public fitness events
