dxc luxoft will supply resources in staff augmentation mode to client at client's direction and with the client's approval. the service personnel will possess sufficient general technical hogan application and/or mainframe skills, and will be expected to develop and maintain additional knowledge and skills regarding client-specific environments and customizations. all services will be performed in a staff augmentation model wherein client is responsible to provide the necessary instruction and information required to conduct services. service personnel will adhere to client's security policies and procedures in the delivery of services.

responsibilities:

• proactively engages in ceremonies/events such as planning, refinement, syncs, and retrospectives

• participates in ceremonies/events such as planning, refinement, syncs

• drives feature and story technical solutioning and acceptance criteria

including identification of technical dependencies

• create test plan, identify testing needs, and partner with l2 delivery coordinators to proactively provide updates and identify constraints.

• provide complex audit support/technical research

• knowledge training and sme mitigation, cross training, system training (business and product)

• drive agile ways of working, engineering modernization, and product best practices within the team.

mandatory skills description:

- business analyst with over 6 years of experience, including 3+ years working with hogan products and applications

- experience in planning and analysis of business requirements/product owner role

- 5+ banking product experience is mandatory

- master's/be/mba degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- four or more years of product design and support experience

- experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation

- strong communication skills
