qualifications & experience:

• master's degree in human resources management or a related field from a recognized university.
• 5-8 years of progressive hr experience, with a significant portion of that experience (at least 3-5 years) within the bpo industry.
• proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders and implementing impactful hr initiatives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• strong understanding of the unique hr challenges and opportunities within the bpo sector, such as high attrition, shift management, and large-scale hiring.

• end-to-end recruitment : lead the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles of bpo hiring, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, particularly in high-volume hiring scenarios.
• strategic sourcing: develop and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, leveraging various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
• languages like hindi, telugu, kannada, tamil, english.
• strategic thinking: ability to understand the business strategy and translate it into hr plans.
• relationship management: ability to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• communication & interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• problem-solving & analytical skills: ability to identify and analyze hr issues and develop effective solutions using data-driven insights.
