primary duties, responsibilities and requirements
- oversees all aspects of project
- sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
- prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
- familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- familiar to do the infra setup from the scratch
- having exposure with it projects planning, organizing, implementation and deployment
- need to manage computer networks, servers, and entire infrastructure
- relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- leads and directs the work of others. a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- plans, directs, and coordinates new client launches as the interface for it team
- plans, directs, and coordinates new facility start-ups
- plans, directs, and coordinates requirements gathering in support of business objectives
- plans, directs, and coordinates the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facility for site relocations, site upgrades, and new location builds.
- understanding of servers, storage, sftp and data center set up.
- understanding of dhcp, vlan, zscaler, firewall, and aspect/genesys platform
