about the role:

as a javascript development intern at culturemonkey, you'll work alongside a passionate team of developers and directly support the creation of innovative solutions for customers around the world. you'll get hands-on experience solving business problems in areas like data, itsm, crm, hrtech, and productivity & collaboration. you'll be mentored by experienced engineers and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our projects while building your skills in a real-world environment. we care deeply about work-life balance and building a supportive, learning-first culture!

what you'll get to do:

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• assist in writing clean and reliable code with guidance from senior developers.
• learn and work with javascript and the mern stack (mongodb, express, react, node.js).
• help design and develop restful apis for frontend integration.
• participate in debugging, testing, and improving existing code.
• communicate effectively with the team to share progress and insights.

what we're looking for:

• students or recent graduates in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• basic knowledge of html5, css3 & bootstrap.
• familiarity with javascript and eagerness to learn the mern stack.
• strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• willingness to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced team environment.
• passion for building tech that creates real impact.
