job description:

• conduct functional, backend, api, and ui testing for web and desktop applications.
• perform manual api testing and validate system responses.
• work on the software testing life cycle (stlc), including test planning, execution, bug tracking, and reporting.
• develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using industry-standard tools such as azure devops, alm, or jira.
• collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to ensure product quality.
• troubleshoot defects, document findings, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• write and execute sql queries to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
• work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• stay updated with the latest qa methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
