position summary:
this role within msxi supports automotive client's dealer network. the specialist drives understanding and management of the network through leading market studies, establishing a central data repository (sharepoint), developing and governing key dealer processes (pip, agreements), and supporting dealer-facing platforms. the position requires strategic thinking, strong analysis, process expertise, and collaboration across international markets to enhance dealer effectiveness and compliance.
responsibility:
key responsibilities include:
dealer network analysis & optimization (market study):
- develop methods to analyze the dealer network based on key factors (capacity, capability, profitability).
- lead/support specific market studies (e.g., saf, vnm, nz, aus) using data and collaborating with markets.
- analyze findings to identify network strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- support using study outcomes to adjust network optimization efforts.
img market rep sharepoint management:
- lead creating and maintaining the central "single source of truth" for img dealer information in sharepoint.
- ensure quarterly database and content updates.
market representation centre of excellence:
- lead/participate in quarterly check-ins with the market rep team for best practice sharing.
- develop povs on market representation governance.
- lead implementation and governance of the mvp dealer performance improvement process (pip), including quarterly letters and action plan oversight.
- support development and governance of the agreement renewal process (including checklist).
- identify and ensure mandatory clauses in dealer agreements for consistency.
- support markets with templates/checklists for agreement renewals.
market rep training & development:
- develop/maintain market rep training resources (handbook, videos).
- support launching market rep training via wingspan (q3 '25).
- contribute to market rep manager training.
platform support & new initiative deployment (ecommerce):
- collaborate with emp/goldd teams on new feature development based on plans/requests.
- serve as primary contact for dealer issues with emp/goldd/merchant id.
- facilitate communication between markets and platform/it teams.
- maintain accurate dealer contact details in emp & goldd.
- provide emp support during new product launches/initiatives.
cross-functional collaboration:
- collaborate extensively with market rep leads, global team, fcsd, ecommerce, sales planning, smes, and other img stakeholders.

education/experience required:
- master's degree in business management or related analytical/business management field is typically required. relevant work experience will be considered.
- over 10-15 years progressive experience in automotive dealer ops, network development, market representation, analysis, data/systems, or process improvement. international context (img) and direct dealer systems/process exposure highly relevant.
