what you'll do:
- develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, seo, ppc).
- create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- manage and grow neotradevibe's social media presence (linkedin, instagram, tiktok, etc.).
- analyze campaign performance using tools like google analytics, meta ads manager, or similar to optimize results.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
what we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or content creation.
- proficiency in advertising platforms (google ads, meta ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- strong creative and storytelling skills to craft compelling brand messages.
- excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest marketing trends.
- bonus: experience with graphic design tools (canva, adobe creative suite) or video editing software.
