Marketing and Business Development Manager

the latitude group is a respected name in bangalore's construction company, known for our commitment to quality and integrity through latitude constructions. we are now launching latitude design studio, a new venture dedicated to creating bespoke, high-end interior spaces. we are looking for a foundational marketing leader to drive growth across both brands and establish latitude as a market leader in both construction and design.


the opportunity:


this is more than a marketing role; it's a chance to build two brands from the ground up. as our first dedicated marketing hire, you will have the autonomy to shape our strategy, build our marketing engine, and see the direct impact of your work on our success. you will be responsible for the most critical function in our business: generating high-quality leads.


key responsibilities:

  • strategy & planning: develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both latitude constructions (b2b/b2c) and latitude design studio (b2c).
  • digital lead generation:manage and optimize our digital presence, including the new website (once developed).
  • run targeted lead generation campaigns on google ads (search & display).
  • build and manage our social media profiles, especially on visual platforms like instagram, pinterest, and houzz for the design studio, and linkedin for the construction business.
  • implement seo best practices to ensure we are found on google for key search terms like "interior designers in bangalore" and "construction contractors in bangalore."
  • offline business development:establish and nurture relationships with key partners (architects, real estate developers, real estate agents) to create a referral pipeline.
  • represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets.
  • content & brand management:take ownership of the company profile and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations).
  • manage freelancers (photographers, videographers, content writers) to create a high-quality portfolio of our projects.
  • maintain a consistent and premium brand voice across all channels.
  • performance & analytics:track and analyze all marketing campaigns, focusing on lead quality, cost per lead, and roi.
  • provide regular reports on performance to leadership.

qualifications & skills:

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in lead generation.
  • essential: experience in the real estate, construction, interior design, or architecture industry.
  • deep understanding of the bangalore market.
  • hands-on expertise with google ads, seo, and social media marketing.
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • a strategic thinker with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
