now, we're looking for a marketing specialist who's fluent in digital. someone who can turn scrolls into clicks, clicks into conversions, and campaigns into conversations. if you know how to connect data with intuition and have an eye for what works online, read on.
what you'll do
- own performance marketing: paid social, search, display, remarketing-you're running the show
- craft campaigns across instagram, meta, google, youtube, and more
- manage our email marketing (klaviyo): flows, campaigns, segmentation, testing
- collaborate with content and design to bring fresh, relevant stories to life
- track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (roas, cac, ctr, ltv-you get it)
- shape the digital customer journey across touchpoints from discovery to loyalty
- keep us ahead of the curve, with a pulse on digital trends and new tools
what you bring
- 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or d2c brands
- hands-on experience with meta ads, google ads, klaviyo, ga4, and shopify
- strong analytical mindset with a creative edge
- a knack for clean storytelling and brand-aligned aesthetics
- bonus if you've worked with influencers, ugc, or led performance-driven campaigns
