what we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with feedonomics or equivalent feed management tools such as rithum (channeladvisor), productsup, lengow, or godatafeed
- proven experience in migrating large volumes of product and customer data (2l+ records) from e-commerce platforms (shopify, magento, woocommerce, etc.)
- proficiency in feed optimization, bulk listing, data transformation, and ensuring marketplace compliance
- excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with exposure to multiple marketplaces (amazon, walmart, google shopping, ebay, etc.)
responsibilities:
- lead large-scale product and customer data migration projects using feedonomics or similar tools
- manage feed optimization, bulk imports/exports, and real-time data synchronization across marketplaces
- resolve asin issues, suppression errors, and platform-specific listing constraints
- oversee brand registry setup, promotions, pricing strategy, and intellectual property compliance
- coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, operational processes, and listing performance
- create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track migration success and marketplace health
qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace feed management, or product data migration
- strong command of feedonomics and familiarity with similar tools (rithum, productsup, lengow, godatafeed)
- working knowledge of structured feed formats (csv, xml, json) and taxonomy mapping
- exposure to amazon brand registry, marketplace policies, and campaign management
- excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation skills
