• we are seeking an experienced microsoft dynamics specialist with a total experience of 9-12 years, including at least 4 years in microsoft dynamics.
• the ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in dynamics service hub, sales hub, and power apps, along with experience managing teams.
• a background in the bfsi company is highly preferred.

key responsibilities:

• microsoft dynamics expertise:

• configure, customize, and implement microsoft dynamics 365 service hub, sales hub, and power apps.

• develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.

• ensure seamless integration of dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.

• team management:

• lead, groom and mentor a team of dynamics professionals, ensuring timely project delivery.

• conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

project management:

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• oversee the implementation of dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

stakeholder engagement:

• act as the primary point of contact for dynamics 365-related projects.

• present solutions, updates, and insights to senior stakeholders and management.

• innovation and best practices:

• stay updated on the latest dynamics 365 features, tools, and trends.

• recommend and implement best practices to enhance the dynamics 365 ecosystem.

required skills and qualifications:

• total experience of 9-12 years, with at least 4+ years in microsoft dynamics 365.

• b.e. / b.tech. / mca/ bca from reputed college

• microsoft dynamics certifications

• experience in the bfsi domain is highly preferred.

• proven experience managing and leading teams.

• strong knowledge of business process automation and crm workflows.

• excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• familiarity with data security and compliance, especially within the bfsi sector.
