candidates should come to office for walk in drive(face to face interview)
weekend walk-in drive: 14-june-25 (saturday)
timing: 9:30am to 12:30pm
must-have
- experience in mongodb alert monitoring.
- attend hotline calls and provide support
- receive and acknowledge all automated alerts by creating tickets as required.
- monitor the overall health and environment of the databases.
- execute and monitor routine service health checks
- isolate system anomalies and investigate root cause.
- execution of scripted recovery scenarios during scheduled tests
- perform l1 related activities
- change management & problem management
role descriptions / expectations from the role :
- perform mongodb database alert monitoring
- mongodb alert monitoring, knowledge in mongodb query language (mql), indexing, database administration. knowledge on db backup & recovery. incident management, servicenow
- hands on experience in troubleshooting mongodb database issues.
- monitor during upgrades/ modifications to the infrastructure environment.
