it database analyst hands-on exposure of technology lifecycle management / migration of databases to latest vendor supported versions, implementation & configuration of mysql database, implement ha/dr solution and backup/recovery strategy, database migration /upgrade experience on mysql, ability to automate repeatable tasks, support problem resolution; participate and advise in requirement gathering phase, ability to identify & perform performance tuning as part of the migration, participate in product evaluations, design review session, data requirement meetings.

responsibilities:

• open to work in extended shifts for productions releases i.e., during us daytime hours / weekends

mandatory skills:

5+ years of experience

mysql dba, migration of databases

nice-to-have skills:

other databases, knowledge of it service management processes (itil)

languages:

• english: c2 proficient
